"The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, with restaurants, shops, and the Uffizi and Cathedral within walking distance. Nadine was on duty when we arrived, and she was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was much more than a continental breakfast, and was very good. If you drive into Florence, be aware that you will spend $35-40 Euro daily to park your vehicle in a garage. "

"The staff at this hotel was wonderful; they were very accommodating. My complaint would be that it was kind of loud with furniture moving. I'm not sure what was going on with this. Also, we were upgraded but charged for the upgrade. I would have thought this was free, as we are VIP Expedia members. "

"My room is spacious with two beds, one is a queen bed (or bigger) and a single bed and new bathroom. Budget friendly for young aldults with free breakfast every day. I may get noisy at time since dinner time in Florence start from 8pm but it gets quiet after midnight. Steps away from tram and about 15 minutes walk to the Duomo. A lot of shops and cafes around. Fun and convenient area to be. I wish the room had ook(s) in the bathroom. "

"Good value for its price. We had a private room for 2, overall quite clean and decent bed (albeit a bit hard and really low/flat pillows). The one actual negative I had is that the sound isolation from outside noice (such as the 6am garbage truck) is truly awful. One of our windows was sagging and unable to fully close, and the blinds were stuck too. Would be a solid 5/5 stars of they fixed the issue above and of they had a few more comfortable beds."
