It's right in front of Santa Maria Novella Station, about a 1-minute walk away. This was very helpful as I had a heavy suitcase. It was also helpful that they could store my luggage after check-out. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying. It probably depends on the timing, but I was grateful that there was a staff member who could speak Japanese on the day of check-out. I would like to stay again if the opportunity arises. Thanks.
