"My only complaint are the washer/dryers…I wasted nearly 4 hours because the dryer does not dry well…I had to run it 3-4 times & even then still had to lay my clothes out in the room to completely dry, also didn’t even smell like detergent just smelled like they were rinsed as is. Other than that everything else about it was amazing! The staff, locations, convenience….🤓"

"On arrival, our room got upgraded to a suite. The room was considerably spacious and the bathroom was equally very spacious with its own vanity counter (big plus!). The interior was modernly designed and clean. Breakfast was included during our stay and everything we had, Japanese and Western cuisines, were all very delicious. Dotonburi was probably a 10 min walk, but is overall walkable to many dining options, maybe a bit more for shopping. The hotel does have it's own entrance from the subway...

But it is quite far from Nankai Station, so if you take a rapid train to Nankai Namba station you will have to walk quite a bit in a very tricky way.
