Great hotel located 3-5 minutes from Dotonbori. Continently near a coin laundry and several continence stores. Enjoyed the extra under bed storage which helped as we had 2 luggage per person in a room (2)

The Only thing I hate is the AC you can't switch the heater to cool but it is okay just Open your window in winter times and you will be good.
