My only complaint is that I had booked a non-smoking room, however the room smelled strongly of stale smoke. It must have been a smoking room in a past life. "

"I was in a position where my flight was departing at 00:40, and i didn't want to hang about an airport for 4 or 5 hrs with no place to relax. Overall very good experience. Choice of to types of pods, first class and business class pod. First class is good as you can keep your luggage with you and the bed is slightly bigger. "We only did a one night stay. It’s a comfortable hotel and checking in was quick. The staff were friendly, the female spoke good English and also gave us a map of the immediate surroundings showing eateries and the supermarket. The free airport coach is a big bonus."

"My room was cool though it does feel outdated. Sometime AC wont give you full AC if you keep sweating while your sleeping. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay staff are very friendly. Their is a shuttle bus to airport but it's NOT FREE. Their is nl elevator for those who have disabilities be aware. I will stay again :) Thank you very much!"

"Although the room is small, but it is well equipped with everything that you need!! There is a public bath in level 3 and convenient store 7-11 is available at the same floor. If you are shy to go to the public bath, the bathroom in the room come with a mini bathtub where you can enjoy yourself in your room. The hotel is at a strategy location which is just a few minutes walk to the train station or metro station at heart of Namba area. We enjoyed our stay during our visit at Osaka and definitely will stay here again next time we revisit Osaka! Highly recommended!!"
