"The owner advertised a completely different space. When he finally responded to my calls he said it was Expedia’s fault for the misrepresentation of the property. He did nothing to make my stay better. Simply denied responsibility. "

"The Azteca Inn did not disappoint. The only thing lacking is a mini-fridge. Staff were awesome! They’ll even teach you some Spanish. Close to everything and most importantly, close to the ocean. "

"The property was in a good location but is an older hotel.We noticed only 3 or 4 other couples staying there.it will only a matter of time when it will be replaced everything around is newer .We stayed 2nights then moved to our timeshare at the El CID 2 doors down"

"My room was over the bar next door’s live music stage, and the main roads so very noisy; however, they did offer me any room I wanted as I was their only guest this Week!!! Over all, I would stay here again as it is out of the Gold Zone, and everything you need is nearby, including a 4 minute walk to the beach…"

"Enjoyed my 3 night stay at this property. It is clean, convenient, walkable for me but is 20 mins to the golden zone. Depends what you need. But for me I liked that it was close to shopping, staff were friendly and helpful, daily housekeeping service was top notch and the breakfast had lots of options. Loved the espresso in the morning. This is not Canada or the United States. You need to adjust your expectations. Or pay a lot more. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. If something isn’t right,...
