Nice beach area with lots of loungers to use. walkways clean although slippery in a few areas. Great food and entertainment. Staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Had a great time and will definitely go back to RIU Emerald Bay.

This was an excellent experience! The food was amazing and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful place to take my daughter. There were so many pools and spaces, you hardly felt like you were at a larger resort. I would definitely go back!

Our stay was great. The resort is very spacious with several pools which allows you to choose how quiet or noisy you want your day to be. Poolside service lacks a bit depending on what pool you are by so be prepared to help yourself to get your drink which honestly is not a game changer. Tons of chairs by the pools and the beach so no need to rush out and save your chairs unless you continually want the same spot each day. Main buffet had lots of food choices, salads, veggies and fruit was always crisp and fresh regardless of where you ate. Resort itself is a good size so you are not feeling crowded. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be going back.
