"First, this is NOT a hotel. It's a small apartment building with not staff on site. Apartment was filthy. Don't look atop the headboard in the bedroom! "Long story but I booked with VBRO and they only charged ne their fee. The other fee was charged by the property management company. The process was very suspicious and difficult. The company ended up charging me twice. After many texts, emails and calls they refunded the over charge but did not refund the full amount. I called VBRO and sent them all the docs requested, They were to get back to me but failed to do so. They kept sending emails which were no reply emails so you could not...

"This was a great spot in a nice neighborhood close to everything we wanted. We loved just being a block from the water and malecon. The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect size. It was amazing to have a washer and drier as well. We were very happy with our stay and the host was so responsive and helpful."
