The property itself is very nice! Restaurants are very good, the food is amazing for being an AI. We felt like our service for a little worse at the breakfast as time went on. Antonio at the pool is such a great server! Very attentive, polite. We were upgraded to a master suite with king bed and this room was amazing, however the bed was very firm. We found a couple daytime activities, including pool volleyball, but otherwise just FYI on no Night Activities.

Dining options were really sparse. There is not an asian fusion restaurant just a sign on the wall. Rooms were great with a bedroom and area for kids with a pullout. The servers, people were amazing. The food was just meh.. Onsite entertainment wasn't great. Quiet.. we liked that. All around great time

Good food but not much choices. Very uncomfortable beds. Disliked people saving spots and not showing up for hours. Most hotel staff seem genuinely cheerful and very attentive.

We enjoyed the location, views, and staff. There were 2 pool areas and 3 spots to eat. There was beach service for drinks and food, LOVELY! (!Gracias RAMON!) They have daily poker games, Bingo, and most days- water aerobics and beach volleyball. The beach bar was open until 1030pm, and rarely was busy that late. We were there during an unexpectedly cold snap, and never used the AC. Many travelers invested in new Mazatlan hoodies from the beach vendors. Transportation was easy. We used open air taxis and Uber to get around easily. Pueblo Bonito is on a nice strip of restaurants and shops if you leave the hotel by foot. Oddly, they do not have a minibar or even a FRIDGE in the rooms, which was a disappointment for an All-inclusive. They also give you a coffee maker in the room with NO coffee making products. ??? Different levels of service are identified by different color wrisbands- blue, orange, brown, and gold. We took advantage of a pool day at the sister property, Emerald Bay. We also went there 1 evening for dinner and drinks at Kelly's. THE STAFF AND SERVERS ARE AMAZING! GRACIAS!! We do recommend bringing a good supply of small bills for tipping, $1s and $5s. Prices on the beach: 12 oysters-150 pesos 15 shrimp- 150 pesos A sarong without sparkles- 180 pesos or 280 pesos with sparkles Mazatlan NFL embroidered cap 250 pesos Massage 30 minutes- 300 pesos Massage 60 minutes - 500 pesos We didn't buy any jewelry or clothing. Overall, our experience with the staff and service at the resort was excellent. The team was professional and attentive. However, it was disappointing that not all amenities and restaurants were available during our stay, which limited the full all-inclusive experience advertised on the website. Only one restaurant was open for dinner, despite multiple options being promoted online. I would highly recommend contacting the resort directly before booking to confirm the availability of amenities and services to ensure your expectations are met. 4 of us stayed with 2 kids under age of 5. Daily promoted activities for kids were also not as scheduled or didn’t happen at all.
