"The staff at the hotel are very nice to all guests. William at the front desk, Ivan at the pool bar, Carlos in the dining room and the two guys that always made sure us two old ladies made it across the very street safely but running out in front of us and stopping cars. That was very much appreciated. We noticed some construction with their elevators but it didn’t really impact us very much and we were on 9th floor of the towers. The only negative thing we could say would be they could invest in some new bed pillows. Ours were real lumpy like a bad case of washing. We spoke with others at the hotel and they had noticed that as well. But we like the “community” safe feeling that the safe brings us each year we stay. Thank you. "

"The property was gorgeous. Ocean was very cold and water was rough, so we didn’t do much but play in the sand. The pool was great. Perfect for kids. It was heated, so even when it was chilly, you could swim all day. There was a large area that was about 2 feet deep, so our 4 year old could play and we didn’t have to worry too much. The food was pretty good too. I was surprised by how much I liked all the seafood. "
