"False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe from the moment I walked through the door I lost time, money, and almost my passport (they expect you to leave your passport with them as ransom for their key) "

The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold. Unfortunately they don't have a coffee machine, but there is a cafe whose hours in the off-season are erratic. Super polite and helpful staff always. The bus and subway are 30 metres away.
