"Friendly staff, clean rooms and other public areas. We used the swimming pool and sauna with no issues. My only negative would be the lack of sinage for the stairs from the upper floors (rooms). Lifts seem to take forever and locating the stairs wasnt as easy as it should be."

It is clear that the training g they receive is thorough, and the management care about ensuring service is delivered well. The public spaces are great considering the relatively small size of the hotel, with plenty of space to relax and/or work.
