"This Park Plaza is very big and busy. The elevators were OK in spite of the size. It is located in a very busy area of town and the bridge to Westminster was often very busy, hard to cross. The room was comfortable, but the lighting system was confusing. You need to sign up for a spot in the swimming pool. The pool is smaller than the pictures would indicate. The gym was fine. Some of the rooms look out on an indoor atrium and do not have much natural light. It is lacking a nice sit down...

"I have to say, my stay at Strand Palace was amazing for many reasons. They got to know that I have planned my stay to celebrate my 20th marriage anniversary. It was nice to witness how they decorate the room with Balloons and provided special chocolates and two bottle of champaign (although we do not drink alcohol they immediately changed it to any drink we desire from the hotel restaurant) The hotel staff are so welcoming and very attentive to what ask for, they were also very helpful when...

"The hotel is located close to ground transportation facilities and 10 minutes away from subway stations. The room is average size for European hotels and clean.The breakfast is okay, except it’s the same every day. Our problem was the noise. Every day, early in the morning and after 10PM someone was dragging some big containers (our room was facing the back of the building) and the noise was unbearable. Not too bad for the price we paid."
