"Great little property in a fantastic location. Walking distance to lots of sights and eateries. Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. The owners would do well to remind people staying in the apartments that sound proofing is minimal and if coming back at 4am it might be polite to whisper etc. "

"The flat is small and basic but a good value for the price. The location is excellent for a base in Marylebone Village. The lack of power outlets is problematic if you want to charge your phone or style your hair. And it would have been nice to be provided washcloths. "

"Really lovely property with kitchen, very clean. Bathroom and shower were great. Easy check in and friendly staff. Only thing to note hotel is on a very busy road and although there is triple glazing some road noise can be heard. Would definitely stay again. "

"Property is well located and you can conveniently walk to certain attractions around Tower Hill. Property is no frills but comes with enough basic facilities (washer, dryer, microwave/oven, stove). Stand out feature was the WhatsApp chat with the Bobs. They were able to help me quickly, almost around the clock. When one of my rooms experienced a water leakage, they assisted me quickly and moved my room. Very admirable service and I want to commend them."

"There is construction near the facility and every morning I was woken up by the noise. The heat inside the dorm was super hot and I don’t know how to lower the heat. One good thing was that I was able to check in earlier than the regular time because the room was ready, however, it doesn’t seem like the staffs know that the website offered to drop off luggage at the place before check in hours. I was there 5 hrs early but didn’t know where to leave my luggage and it was raining at that time. "

"The place is spacious and fairly well equipped (a few dishes missing, no salt / pepper, etc., but I had no real challenges). It was very clean. Towels are big, fluffy, clean. Views are great. A little run down and in need of fresh paint - but quite comfortable. I realise there are other reviews with noise complaints because it is above a bar but given it was easy to close doors from the front room, hall and bedroom - it was easy to block the noise and I didn't find this an issue.
