"The room was clean and tidy. The team at the front desk was helpful during check in. However there was a misunderstanding as I was only making enquiry about breakfast but we noticed it got added to the bill when we check out, it took a while to clarify the situation and the charge has been removed at the end. Overall it was a good experience to stay at this hotel."

"This was my second trip to this property. I really enjoyed it but one disappointment, the room is advertised as sleeps 3 but the room didn’t sleep 3 without a rollaway bed. It was fine but just wish it had been advertised sleeps two as we would have booked differently. "

"Best hotel in London! Pricey, but well worth it. The staff makes it a point to remember your name and make you feel welcome. We were only there two nights but felt at home. We arrived slightly before check-in time so that put us in a very nice lounge and brought champagne while we waited. The area is a bit tourist-y, but we were there Easter week/spring break so maybe it's not *always* that bad. Even so, the hotel is back off the main road, so getting into a cab is not a life and death...
