"Being so close to the airport was really nice. Also easy for an Uber pickup and drop off . Being central to menu amenities was great, the local food and shopping was marvellous. The property was somewhat dated, and the rooms as well. I changed rooms from the 4th floor to 12th floor as they were newer rooms. They were really great about the room change and didn't make a fuss at all. The staff were very helpful and kind. I will be staying there again for sure 👍❤️"

"Excellent choice in South Beach. No gym, but you can walk half a block to use the SLS one. Excellent restaurant! Cool pool area. Only compliant is no bell service. But overall very happy with our stay! "

"Booking this hotel was a dream about us so on this trip, we decided to go for it! All the staff has been excellent. The room was so large with two queen beds and everything you can imagine however, we found out that they will be closing this facility because it’s been bought out by the University.🙃 Today is the last day this facility will be a hotel! "I had to wait 20 minutes for the front counter lady to come in from smoking. The security guard was sitting in the lobby playing on his phone and he just kept saying she will be back soon.. Then she told me I had booked a double bed room and I said no I booked a family suite.. So I had to show her my email and she said well I don't know why they put you in another room, let me make sure I have a clean one..
