"This place was absolutely amazing and I can't wait to do back! We stayed in Suite 6- a large room with a huge balcony right on the water. We had nonstop Caribbean br The kitchenette was very helpful to have and the bathroom was well appointed. Even the bed and pillows were great. The staff were what really shined. Everyone was so attentive and helpful at check in and during our stay. They even called a doctor for me when I hurt myself falling off a boat. I love this place and would recommend...

"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....

"Does not allow eating in room but kitchen space was not clean/unusable, out of the way and inconvenient (almost dangerous stair access) to get to from room especially in the rain. No filtered water available. Shower pressure needed to be turned up; it was basically a heavy drip. Our room was #4 outside of main entrance and reception area, so we heard everyone coming and going all hours of the day and night. "
