We loved how luxurious the place was and how friendly the staff was and clean things were! The part about wasn’t so good was it was too noisy too late made it harder to get some sleep due to stayers not the resort.

The buffet exceeded expectations! The staff made the stay! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Jehu at the pool side bar was our favorite, he always remembered our group of 4. The Resort was always being cleaned, grounds were impeccable.

The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly although I think most restaurants are under staffed. The beach area is very far away.

Such an amazing time! Only thing I do want to maybe mention is the music being played at the pool areas! But other than that thank you for everything and staffs attention! Brian in the buffet area Jehu in the bar area made it very fun and amazing time for us!!!!! Maybe another thing in the 24hr bar area the men at the bar So RUDE unless they see American money they will offer to help us but the time at the club at the resort was amazing!! THANK YOU RUI FOR YOUR ATTENTION AND HOSPITALITY WE WILL BE BACK!

Rude check in staff, would not uphold the $200 USD Spa credit said not their problem. Manager was rude about it. Food just okay. No room service. Entertainment wasn’t great.

The resort is beautiful but pretty far from everything (about a 45 min drive anywhere). Private dinner, 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The other food is regular resort food, nothing special. No room service and the 24 hour food is more of a vending area where you heat up your own burger, burritos or hot dogs. Very clean, drinks were good, not watered down. Staff is amazing!

The property was beautiful. However, for an adults only resort, the entertainment was very lame and boring. Riu parties were at other Riu resorts with kids! So we were disappointed with this aspect! Riu adults only resorts should cater more towards adults and have adult style entertainment. The pool games were games we could buy at Walmart and I was looking forward to BINGO as I have played at other RIUs but the Riu Latino handed me a 2x2 piece of paper with a tooth pick and didn’t explain how to play even after I asked . There was no BINGO on the board!

The grounds on this property is beautiful! The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. My favorite staff member worked in the buffet and her name is Nelly. I will miss her. This is a mature hotel in my opinion. So entertainment if you are looking to party party, you may have to leave the grounds. I was ok with the alcohol and the relaxation. Overall 9/10. I will be returning!

We didn’t receive the credit we were supposed to, and our courtyard view was obstructed by the roof of the first floor. I wouldn’t consider that a courtyard view as we couldn’t see the courtyard. Everything else was amazing. Food was good, beach was beautiful, pools were nice. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

This property was wonderful. I had a wonderful experience here. I got to see shows every night and the team does know how to entertain a guest, especially when it comes to dancing. The biffet was great and closed late which i appreciated because i did an excursion and came back to the hotel around 9 pm. The buffet closes at 10:15 pm so i was able to get food and take it to my room. Its very clean and safe. I had a great time.

Best all inclusive that I've been to and I've been to few. I will be back! Staff is wonderful. Resort is beautiful. Glad I booked a "swim up" room which was a good size plunge pool room. Lots of activities on site but can book excursions to go places too. Loved my week here

Not a bad place at all but it’s entertainment is very basic, food is nothing out of this world and gets annoying to eat after, it’s a beautiful place but what they offer is very limiting, not a horrible place but it would be difficult seeing myself go there again.

My wife and I went on our honeymoon. Upon arrival we were greeted with cold drinks and the front desk staff upgraded our wonderful room. The next day we met a surprise bottle of Champagne in our room. The property is lovely and clean. The hotel staff are extraordinary and they their job and it was quite easy to communicate with them. Marlene was a great server. She can go above and beyond to make your day. The pools were awesome let alone the RIU and pink parties. I can’t wait to see this beautiful place again.
