"2nd time staying here and cannot say enough how lovely the property is! The staff are friendly and super attentive, the amenities are gorgeous, and the beach & ocean are just about flawless! Organizing excursions off property is incredibly easy, and affordable- the staff do amazing with assisting all of that. The property restaurants, buffet, and room service are delicious! I’d say that some of the guests are probably the worst part - disrespect and entitlement are such ugly characteristics. But even that couldn’t dampen such a fantastic vacation! "

"The resort was beautiful with clean beaches. Everyone is very friendly. There are areas that could do with an upgrade. The rooms above the grill can get Smokey and loud. However they are very good at accommodating new rooms if asked. The coffee at the buffet is cold. It is very tough to get reservations at the restaurants but the buffet has excellent food and makes up for that. The spa is great and they have lots of activities throughout the day. Their cocktails are yummy. We were a big family with 10 people of ages 9 months to 68 years. They were great about accommodating our big party by giving us rooms close by and tables together at the buffet."

"Staff entered our room and gathered our belongings, moved them to another room, without our knowledge or consent. Girl at front desk, lied and denied having a conversation with us. General Manager stood by her side, said we we lying and they did nothing wrong. A simple apology and acknowledgment of the situation would have been appreciated. Luna, the General Manager was a horrible host. Couldn’t even make a meeting that she set on Tim. I had to wait 15 extra minutes."
