"Really enjoyed our stay here. First time staying north of Cancun. Resort is well-maintained. Staff are excellent - helpful, very engaged and friendly. Food is above average for all-inclusive - lots of choices and reservations for the a la carte restaurants not too difficult to get. The resort is ideal for families of young children (we are a couple in our mid-50’s) so we found ourselves a bit short on same-age visitors. We enjoyed hanging out at the quieter pool and spent long days there....

"One thing I don’t like they should do something about people putting the towels on the beach in the pool chairs and they never come back so they reserved but nobody is using them and I have to walk around. Look for empty spot."

"The property was everything I expected and the swim out pool was the icing on the cake for me. My only grievance was the absence of a designated butler which was supposed to be a part of my stay!… upon arrival I was assigned a butler who turned out to be out of the country on Vacation and the person reassigned never showed up either and I way had to message to figure out what was going on."
