"Really nice hotel, stayed for 4 nights as a base this side of Japan before moving across to Tokyo. No issues whatsoever; was expecting more of a language barrier but some of the staff speak way more English than I speak Japanese, so no problems- not that I would expect Japanese people to necessarily speak a foreign language in their home country anyway! The only downside I would say is the breakfast doesn’t offer too much choice , but I was happy with scrambled eggs, toast and coffee, so it was’t an issue for me."

"Hotel has direct access to Shinsaibashi Station which makes it convenient to travel around. It was also very closed to any stores for shopping around. Dotonbori is like a 10 minute walk, and Namba station is 1 stop away."

"The hotel was very clean, just like in the photos. The lobby had great amenities—vending machines, ice and water dispensers, and seating if you wanted to eat something there. There was also a large laundry room. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was fine—nothing fancy, but totally sufficient, especially if you're on a budget. The room was clean and well lit but snug. Just note that there’s not much storage space—only a rail to hang a few items—so I had to live out of my suitcase. Thankfully, the bed is high enough to slide suitcases underneath. The mattress was very firm, but I’ve heard that’s standard in Japan. The real star, though, was the location—right next to the train station and walking distance to shopping, Dotonbori, and everything else I wanted to see. For a first-time visitor, it was ideal. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was so clean and comfortable, the walk from the station only took our group about 5-6 minutes and the property was beautiful. This will be my go to hotel every time I visit Osaka from now on. "
