"Cross hotel is a perfect location to stay near Dotonburi. After an 11 hour flight and an hour train ride, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff. "The hotel is not very near to the station and there was no large-scale shopping mall or department store nearby as well. I found some shredded tissue paper in room toilet. But the bed was clean and comfortable. We do enjoy the free Onsen and massage chair. We also had a dinner on the top floor restaurant. Overall I would say we have a good stay in this hotel."

"I love the place n the staffs n location .. a lot of places of interest is just snap of finger .. n within the hostel reach .. The only thing i really dun like is, the board that nail at the entrance of the bed. I think they need it to hang the curtain used for creating privacy for all guest .. but i think is really too low .. i keep bang the board while going in n out of my bed. "
