"I liked the staff at the front desk. They were easy to talk with and helpful. I did see at least two live roaches inside our room on the ground floor the first night which was a little disturbing. Thankfully my daughter was asleep and didn't notice them or it would have freaked her out and make sleeping difficult. Needs to be better efforts on the part of the staff to prevent roaches "

"This place calls itself a Yacht Club??? What a Joke!! When we arrived our keys were in lock boxes cause they don't have on site staff after 5pm. The doors do not have dead bolts, slide bars, or chains. We did not feel safe at all. Never been to a hotel that didn't have a dead bolt or chain on their door. The restaurant had a sign on the door "permanently closed". There were no cars at all in the whole parking lot, it seemed like the place was abandoned. There were no other guests there yet room...

"Motel served it's purpose but that was about it. Beds were hard as rocks, may as well have slept on the floor. Found rat droppings under the beds. Had window AC that barely cooled the 300 sq ft room. Only opted to book due to how close in proximity to De Leon springs to be close enough to make it to the springs before capacity was hit on the 4th of July. If your looking for a comfy likely cleaner stay, this isn't it. "
