Expedia charged extra for breakfast when booking and we were charged again at the Hilton. No communication? Other than that it's nice to have a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Breakfast was nice and fresh.

I would not recommend this Hilton, the rooms were not available at check in. Check is was at 4 but the rooms were not available until 4:30 very frustrating after a day of travel with my family of 6. Poor service from the front desk in handling this. The property also needs to be refurbished. I had family staying at the Hyatt Melbourne near by, this is a much better option clean fresh feeling. I would not recommend this Hilton.

Hotel is in a convenient location for me with spacious rooms and large lobby with bar & restaurant. Staff was wonderful, and honored my Hilton membership, including looking up my preferences and getting just the type of room I like, even though I booked through Expedia. Other hotel chains I stay at don’t always. Everything was very clean. That said, being one of the older brand hotels in the area, it is showing it’s age here and there, but not enough to put me off. Will definitely stay here again.
