We started off with getting key cards that didn’t work. Apparently we were given cards that were outdated. I rented two rooms and my daughter and son in law’s was filthy. There was urine on the toilet seat. The room was not cleaned in quite a while with all the dust around. The second day our key cards didn’t work. We have pictures to provide but am waiting to deal with corporate to get some kind of a refund for that room. Paid a lot of money to be dissatisfied.

at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Cocoa Beach-Port Canaveral. Front desk lady was extremely rude. Told us we weren’t gonna be able to get free parking, which it says on their website .Everything that they say they offer on their website they do not. The also wanted to charge us $24 each way for the shuttle.. if we could’ve canceled our hotel reservations. Other people we spoke with had same experience with this one elderly black women.

The grounds were manicured beautifully. Be warned, there are no elevators. We had to lug 50lb and 40 lb and 35 lb suitcases up stairs manually. Front desk staff are fabulous, seriously. The flooring inside our room (260) was laid horribly. It is a sloppy vinyl plank job, the tiles are loose. At least it’s not dirty carpet. Love the little dove soaps. Coke machine broken but I purchased water at the front desk. Overall I would stay again with smaller suitcases. Love that Dennys is next door and the pizza place just a short walk away has the BEST PIZZA

We requested a disabled room and had to walk an excessive distance for someone who doesn’t walk very well. The room had an annoying high pitched loud buzz coming from the room next door. We knew we wouldn’t be able to sleep but they tried to refuse to move us. After much back and forth, they finally moved us, but let us know how much we put them out.

The property is currently across the road from a work site that is very loud starting at 7am. The staff were extremely loud starting at 7am outside my room. The rooms have no sound proofing from the outside, so if you’re not an early bird, don’t stay here. The staff were rude to each other and the room was mediocre clean, I wore shower shoes in the shower.
