"Like a lot of hotels in this area, this hotel is a little past its prime. Everything is clean, but run down. If you're expecting an up to date room, this is not the place. Still, it's RIGHT on the beach and the room was spacious with a great view of the ocean."

"Good breakfast, very good wi fi. Nice pool and parking just outside the room. Many restaurants around. Very convenient access to KSC. Good value for money. The only minus was that floor in the room was dirty (see it when walking bare foot) "

"The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. "

"I did not understand why people were raving about cookies in the reviews. And then I tried them! Wow they were good!! The customer service here is excellent and every single staff member we encountered was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean. The kids were happy that they could easily hook the tv up to the laptop, and they were so sad when it was time to leave. Breakfast had little extras to make it delicious, like strawberry compote for the waffles, and lemon scones. Parking was...

"They are remolding the entire hotel while open. So the hall ways smelt light paint but not overwhelming, I didnt mind. Rhe biggest down side ia the hot tub qas broken so that sucked! The bed was so comfy though. The shower door didnt really close all the way either and the calkimg was already molding. So who ever installed there new plastic shower didnt use bathroom calk. Other than that the breakfast was decent as well."
