"Very convenient for tube station and getting to West End and other places. Breakfast buffet was lovely a good range of options. Third bed in room was good size and had good matress. Only 12 minutes walk from St Pancreas Train Station too. "

"Very nice stay, with helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. My one issue would be that the lounge for Bonvoy members was not well maintained. My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone but not replenished, etc. My colleagues have stayed here many times and say that this is always the case. Maybe a short staffing problem. However, everything else was great. "
