"Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the lady that checked me in. Wish I caught her name. Room was clean and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Carpet need replacing though and it needs a lick of paint as alot of scuff marks around the skirting. Aircon didn't work and broken which meant room was ridiculously hot."

"Some staff were fantastic but some were so miserable looking. Breakfast was amazing, omelette lady so good, location great, modern decor refreshing, and swimming pool a hit with the kids. Nowhere online does it say kids can’t swim after 6pm so that wasn’t good. Rooftop bar also only open thu-Saturday so didnt get to do that also. There’s a service charge added to all drinks in the bar, even just hot chocolate. Small bathroom but 2 king beds was good. Used robes for swimming but they weren’t...
