"We stayed here to be able to get to the Eurostar early in the morning. Even though the rooms are small it's super convenient for short stays. Was very clean and the Night staff were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend for anyone that needs the convenience of the location. "Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...

"This place is a joke, worst I've ever stayed in. My room wasn't even sorted before I arrived for check in. When I complained to the person at reception, he didnt seem interested. Had no time to go somewhere else as I was off to a party. The shower was like a shoebox and still no house keeping service on my 2nd night. I did complain to the manager before I checked out and he apologised. However, I am never staying in this place ever again. Avoid at all costs!!!! "
