"We have stayed here on 3 different trips to Knott's. We love how large the suite is because we have a large family. They have amazing customer service. When our room needed attention they were always quick to repond, fix, rectify. The couch in the room was pretty worn out but overall we are very pleased with our stay. I used the gym a few times, the pool, the spa and enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The hotel feels pretty quiet because there are tall ceilings."
