Property is a bit of a catfish. It’s advertised as this “great hotel”, it’s not. Don’t be fooled by their photos, and appearance, it’s a motel. “Luxury plus room” booked this for a very important trip, expecting a better room than your standard room. “Luxury plus” means recently renovated, not a luxurious room, tried to get it upgraded, unfortunately they claimed they were full, so be it. The location is of course super convenient, with it being next to Disney, however there’s a best western even closer to Disney, which will have the same quality room, at half the cost.

Second time staying here. The first time a couple months back, we had little problems. This time was different…the room was dirty. There was other people’s hair in the bedsheets, the bathroom floor had pieces of trash, the shower head didn’t work right, and the coffee machine was disgusting. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room right next to the utility room, which wasn’t surprisingly terrible like most places, but the traffic noise from other guests….I think I got one hour of sleep that night. Room 115 was in the highest traffic area where guests and people walked and ran by talking so loud until about 4 am. It was a disaster. Get a different area of the hotel if you want actual sleep. The staff is always decent, not super friendly but not horrible. So just mediocre. The positives - they do provide coffee in the mornings, water the rest of the day (including infused water) and popcorn for the kiddos. It was decorated nicely for Christmas and their elves were mischievous and great for entertainment. The proximity and some of the lowest pricing is why we choose this place. I just hope they make some improvements.

Excellent value for close proximity to Disneyland. It’s a short 7 -10 min walk to the entrance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern. Although the rooms are comfortable, if you are near the front entrance from Harbor, it’s very noisy.

The mattresses in our ‘Premiere’ room were AWFUL! I called to request a mattress topper but they did not have one. The staff came up and put blankets under the sheets to try to soften it some but it did not make much of a difference. They were so hard my hips still hurt.

We stay here often and so far have had an enjoyable experience with our rooms and the 5th restaurant to eat and watch the fireworks. Even some rooms have firework views. A quick walk to Disneyland.

This was a great value for the price. The door needed a better weather seal; I could clearly see daylight along the floor and the side with the handle. This made temperature regulation a bit tricky. However, the convenient location, comfortable beds, ample water pressure, and safe feeling more than made up for it. All surfaces except the floors were spotless. I definitely would stay here with my family again.

Grand Legacy is within walking distance to Disneyland. Rooms were spacious and inviting. This is our 'go to' hotel since before the pandemic. We have always enjoyed and we have watched it evolve over the years. Only down side, when we visit, The 5th is closed. Bummer. I wish they were open 7 days and not just 5.
