My first time having a room here for the NAMM convention, remember when it was a parking lot, but the money was well worth the spending as top notch hotel for good money. The room was so nice, top notch and a different approach to a hotel room. The entire staff especially front desk and room service cleaners were so polite and amazing, Thank You for yr assistance! Definitely we be returning for 2026 NAMM Booking!

The room sizes were big and the complimentary breakfast was awesome and convenient. It’s not right across the park entrance but it’s very walkable. Maybe only 10 minutes. Love the location and the separate rooms to main kitchen. I had so many towels available and the pool was heated. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were amazing.

Had a poor experience, unfortunately. Our room was terrorized by relentless crank calls of a threatening nature layered with disgusting perverted language to my 11 year old daughter from someone inside the hotel. We made several complaints and the hotel GM chose to protect the other guests right to privacy instead of our right to safety. Their response was “turn off the phone or call the police and file a report.” This was while on vacation to visit Disneyland. They knew which room the calls were coming from and still did nothing. In fact, they challenged the integrity of my complaint even with evidence of all the calls in their call logs. Great location, but sacrifice safety and common courtesy.
