The property is very nice! I do have a suggestion. Include room Climate preference in the booming amenities option. I found the room hot and stuffy and the AC unit difficult to operate.

The staff was amazing! Especially Bryson. I was able to upgrade my room and it wasn’t an easy task, but he made it happen! The hotel grounds are beautiful and its 24 hour room service is great! Close to the park as well! Definitely recommend!

The view of the park and courtyard was fatastic! William in the club Westin was great as was all other staff. Took about 15 minutes to walk to disney. Room service was delicious. The needs are comfy but a little soft.
