We were here for nine nights and the bedsheets were never changed. We added days and were locked out of our room and the process to get back in was very inconvenient. Beautiful hotel but not the best cleanliness and very expensive as they say they only put a $250 hold on your card if you book through a third party but even when we went back and booked directly through them they wanted $250

Hotel was clean and upscale. Has dining on property. All employees were incredibly friendly and eager to help in any way. ART transportation is out of their control, but that is the only downside. No private shuttle to Disney.

The only thing that bothered me, was I was told in the begginging of our stay we wouldn’t be charged for parking and it was included. Upon leaving the guy checking us out, told me that wasn’t true and I was charged $130. He didn’t try and compensate or apologize. He also didn’t tell me how much it was he just said he would charge the card on file. I just thought it was handled poorly. The room was great and it was clean. The pool the kids ABSOLUTELY loved! Also I didn’t know the top floor pool was adult only until we arrived! So I kept tellingh the kids about how cool it would be! So just FYI may need to be put out there a little bit more it’s adult only!

The hotel is nice but in my opinion overpriced. Only one bed ever got made. Bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned and the floor still had garbage on the floor after room had been cleaned. Hot tub chemicals were not managed properly which created a rash over bodies of my daughter, my granddaughter and myself. I simply expected more.

Our first time at this hotel. Very nice. Very elegant. Clean. Quiet. The view from our room was beautiful. It was super close to many restaurant options. The had their own but we have a special needs child. He only eats certain food which we’re not offered, but none the less it was a nice place.
