"The valet and the hotel check-in attendant were efficient and pleasant. We were given water and macaroons upon arrival. A luggage attendant delivered our bags to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The property is a bit older as some of the paint around the windows was cracked in addition to the closet and bathroom doors. Overall, I had an excellent stay and the staff as well as the decor made up for any property deficiencies....

"Property needs to be updated, food was great but the facility was very old and worn. Suite we stayed in was poorly laid out and very dysfunctional. TV was to the immediate left of the bed making it impossible to watch comfortably from the bed. The marina view was partial at best and for the price as a suite it left us very disappointed."
