I was disappointed with my recent experience at the hotel. During my interaction with the front office staff, Andy, I found his behavior to be disrespectful. While the Front Office Manager later apologized on his behalf, I observed both of them laughing shortly after. This gave me the impression that they may not take customer complaints seriously, which I found highly unprofessional and disheartening.

While taking a shower, the water got extremely hot, and it took a while for it to get back to normal. I changed it to cold water, and it still did not work until after 5 minutes of trying and going back and forth.

The hotel is surprisingly quiet for being in downtown LA. It’s close to the metro and lots of dining choices. The room was clean and the staff were responsive and friendly. The bed was comfortable and lots of tv channel choices. I would stay here again.

The property was very clean and I loved that there were electrical sockets all around the room so you can charge your phone, plug in your laptop, charge your other electronics, etc., without having trouble looking for places to plug them in. That's an amenity I strongly value when staying in hotel rooms. Loved how spacious the room and bathroom was. I also loved that a refrigerator was standard in the room, but also wished it had a microwave. Hardly any hotel rooms I encounter have a smart TV, so it would've been nice if this one had one also. The only reason I gave it a four star for service, is because most hotels can provide turn-down service until 9pm, but this one stops at 4pm. So, when we left the room at 5pm and wanted our room cleaned, they told us it was no longer available.

Reception personnel is so helpful. they are super kid and tried to help us whenever needed. Rooms are clean however cleaning lady left dirty cleaning materials over the sink area two times during our stay. Hotel is in a place of downtown where you need to come across with so many homeless unfortunately.
