For the price, the property seemed somewhat run down. Dirty carpet in the lobby. Worn flooring in the rooms. Some of the furniture in the room looked older. Bathroom counter was not completely clean on arrival. The most disappointing thing was the AC in the room apparently wasn't working and a portable unit was in the room. It was vented to the outside via the window and the open sides were duct taped allowing a lot of noise from the street below in addition to the rather noisy portable unit. Staff was friendly. The lobby bar had some good unique drinks.

Had an event at the orphium a few blocks away. This was a great spot for a nice walk to our event as well as a great central location for us to go to LACMA, and some really great dinners. Not far from the airport

Very convenient location to stay near the staples center to events. Walking distance. Very nice scenery of glass windows in room. Nice bathroom . Room air was hard to adjust for comfort.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely top-tier—friendly, professional, and attentive to every need. The location was also excellent, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance, which was very convenient. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues. There were dirty glasses left outside my room, apon arrival and I found hair in both the sink and tub, which was disappointing. While the service and location were great, attention to detail in cleanliness would elevate the overall experience.”

It pretends to be upscale. Everyone friendly enough but way to overpriced especially with all the added charges like no parking and forced to basically get there service which was almost a 3rd of what room cost @55$ a night. When making reservation cost was @1250 for stay and at check out @1650 and thats just for the room no food or drinks at all during stay. Room was basic no water pressure and lughts out in bathroom. Ac unit on wall was loud and clicking as well. Overall just disappointing

Room was perfect like always, except that we were right next to the elevator; so we asked to be move to another room, young man at the counter seemed bother that he had to make other arrangements and he told us that there was no more rooms available far from the elevator. We went ahead and took the key for the room, it was not a big problem for us. We started getting settled, turn on the a/c and it didn’t worked. Went back to let them know, and the guy that originally helped us gave us another room, and it happened to be was FAR from the elevator. We had stayed at Hotel Indigo multiple times, this is the first time we had a bad experience. I know the second front desk guy didn’t even try looking for another room for us, I was very disappointed.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at the hotel. During my interaction with the front office staff, Andy, I found his behavior to be disrespectful. While the Front Office Manager later apologized on his behalf, I observed both of them laughing shortly after. This gave me the impression that they may not take customer complaints seriously, which I found highly unprofessional and disheartening.
