"Excellent. Great service. Appreciated the breakfasts. Staff are very nice. Area is sketchy but fine. There is limited parking at the venue (call ahead and ask if there is space). Rooms are spacious and clean. Bring your own soap (we did not like the dispensers - they are a bit hard to use). Close to metro. "

"We were sent away once arriving because they said they were NO LONGER A HOTEL. We were told it was now a HOMELESS SHELTER. It being a shelter now wasn't the problem, being told when we arrived was a shock to us. ●●●●□HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ●●●●"
