"Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Main bar Redwood Room closed on Sunday and Monday, so never experienced it and chose this hotel for that amenity. Shame it was closed. Had to change rooms as rooms ending in “31” share a wall with service elevator which is very noisy all night long. It hums and clanks. No sleep first night. Moved away from service elevator and that was far better. Lobby is quiet and lifeless lacking fun energy. Dull captures it. Overall the hotel is nice but needs some...

"Just in the Oakland area for a few days to visit family. Convenient location. A little pricey to self park a vehicle... otherwise a good price and nice spot for breakfast. "

"Room was small but had what we needed. Very little parking maybe 15 spots but at least its free if you get one. Nice neighborhood. 10 minute walk to see the bay/bridge or palace of fine arts. 10 minute bus to the bridge. 15-20 minute bus to wharf. Would stay here again. "

"Is right next to the cable car stop and there's a whole foods across the street, there's some decent restaurants nearby,and it's good access for waymo and Uber and stuff"
