"It's a really old hotel, when you enter it has an amazing ambiance. Long walk from valet parking to check-in desk and the elevator is not an elevator its a wheel chair lift so be prepared if you have a lot of bags. Ultimately, if you want to be in the middle of everything your in the right spot. One thing is house keeping has a problem with walking in your room without knocking. She just walked in our room and our friends room in the morning without knocking, just ipens the door and says...

"The hotel was great with all the amenities, the only issue I had was with the checkin. The person was preoccupied on the phone for 5 minutes though clearly not talking couldn’t even make eye contact or give a quick acknowledgment. When she did finish she was very blunt & rude."

"I travel with 2 daughters, this hotel made us feel safe with the parking, the inside door entrances. My baby was getting a little sick so i gave her one of the teas of manzanilla. We ran out and I asked front desk for a couple more, she said she would send some up to our room. I did specify Manzanilla. We had a knock on the door with the tea but it was the wrong one but the gentleman was so nice with no hesitation or frustration he apologized and brought us up the right tea. I know this may...
