"Did not understand the concept of a service dog. The lady working there was very rude about everything especially the service dog concept. The stairs going up were totally wet and our service dog slipped and rolled down about 5 steps and management did not show any concern. Small room with no television and someone was yelling off the balcony at all times of the night right next to us. Had to pay $250 dollar deductible fee besides room cost. Horrible place. "

To access the unit you have to go up a tiny steep street that most Ubers won’t drive up. The unit itself is one level but there are a lot of stairs to get to the entrance. "There’s a family who lives there so it smells like cooked food plus there’s a kitchen and a restaurant next-door so it always smells like food but that didn’t bother me. They do have rooms without bathrooms so make sure to book a room with a personal bathroom otherwise there’s a community bathroom in the hallway. The donut shop and food next-door is delicious and slaps. It’s walking distance to the Bill Graham."
