"Did not understand the concept of a service dog. The lady working there was very rude about everything especially the service dog concept. The stairs going up were totally wet and our service dog slipped and rolled down about 5 steps and management did not show any concern. Small room with no television and someone was yelling off the balcony at all times of the night right next to us. Had to pay $250 dollar deductible fee besides room cost. Horrible place. "

"The host is very friendly and accessible. The location is great. Nice neighborhood. Conveniently close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, a theater and nice weekend farmers market. To access the unit you have to go up a tiny steep street that most Ubers won’t drive up. The unit itself is one level but there are a lot of stairs to get to the entrance. "Clean, Quiet, & Close to a lot in SF. I know everyone was worried about the area but regardless of whatever city you go there’s unhoused people.The staff were super nice and kind. No parking but I was using Ubers and public transport. In general it’s better to have your wits about you and whether in Europe, LA, Seattle, etc. Super clean but if you get cold at night use the heater ofr ask for more blankets. "
