"I’d give it a solid 8/10. I’m disabled so we got a disabled room. The double doors that go tot he Bathroom are beautiful French doors. I just wish they didn’t open from the inside. It leaves no room to maneuver. That being said. Would stay again. The room was so beautiful and the lobby was amazing. My service animal loves all the grass they had. And the kids said they enjoyed the spa/hot tub. "

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a good breakfast and friendly staff, including the reception team and bartenders. However, there were a few issues I’d like to mention. The lotion bottle in the bathroom was completely empty, and the housekeeping staff should ensure all amenities are replenished when they clean the room. "Check-in staff were friendly and efficient. Our request for adjacent rooms was addressed without question. The rooms were large and clean. Although the car park was small, free parking was also available in the neighbouring shopping mall car park which well lit and a short walk from the reception area. Breakfast was plentiful and always restocked with fresh fruits, cereals, cakes, porridge, breads for toasting, juices, scrambled egg, bacon, potatoes, waffles, french toast and tea/coffee...
