"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."

"The hotel was great with all the amenities, the only issue I had was with the checkin. The person was preoccupied on the phone for 5 minutes though clearly not talking couldn’t even make eye contact or give a quick acknowledgment. When she did finish she was very blunt & rude."

"The staff here were extremely friendly. We had a slight problem with our room keys, and they took care of the problem right away. Less than a five minute wait to get it fixed. All of the staff were also extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us suggestions for dining options. We would stay here again"
