"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."

"Stephanie at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. She got us checked in fast and personally showed us to our beautiful room. The room itself was clean and spacious. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking. The bed was extremely comfortable. I can’t wait to come back! "
