"We like to come here every New year's since our other hotel we used, went to crap, the only thing is that they still have their LOBBY closed since Covid and we have to use a dirty phone outside to check in and have to wait about 5 minutes or so to get our key, but the room is clean and everything worked."

"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."
