"Great location with walking trails "

"Did not understand the concept of a service dog. The lady working there was very rude about everything especially the service dog concept. The stairs going up were totally wet and our service dog slipped and rolled down about 5 steps and management did not show any concern. Small room with no television and someone was yelling off the balcony at all times of the night right next to us. Had to pay $250 dollar deductible fee besides room cost. Horrible place. "

"I was in town for a 4 day class at UCSF. This studio was perfect, spacious yet cozy, safe, wonderful bathroom with private sauna! Memory foam queen mattress. Only upgrade would be an electric skillet or some other cooktop to make more meals in the room. Mikhail was very accommodating and thorough. I will return in the future."

"There’s a family who lives there so it smells like cooked food plus there’s a kitchen and a restaurant next-door so it always smells like food but that didn’t bother me. They do have rooms without bathrooms so make sure to book a room with a personal bathroom otherwise there’s a community bathroom in the hallway. The donut shop and food next-door is delicious and slaps. It’s walking distance to the Bill Graham."

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this well-situated, very clean property in a safe neighborhood. It had easy parking on the street directly in front of the home, with a separate, off the street entrance. The host was responsive to the few questions we had, and went out of the way to find a restaurant open when we arrived on Thanksgiving day. Everything needed was in the unit, including a toothbrush my husband forgot to pack! Definitely recommend. It's an easy walk into West Portal with dining...
