"Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Like the sheltered walkway from Shinjuku station to the hotel. Good for wet days. However; it takes at least 15 minutes to reach the station. We found a 100yen WE bus that is right in front of the hotel and goes to Shinjuku West exit to the station. A good option for those who prefer not to walk the long distance. Room is reasonable as i opted for a bigger room, knowing the small size of room in tokyo hotels. There are eateries within the hotel and 2 convenience...

"Clean small room in busy red light area. Streets nearby were a bit dirty and there were lots o young people camping on the street. We didn’t feel unsafe but it was a bit unsavory for small children. Easy walk from station and lots of good food options nearby and bars. Hotel clean and very nice. "

"Even better than expected. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and full of amenities. The staff were friendly always. I loved that you can leave your luggage in a safe area to go around the city before check-in, and the breakfast was great. The breakfast area gets crowded (I had to wait for half an hour) so make sure to go early if you have an appointment."
