"Low cost. Very quiet area. One should be mindful and not make too much noise. Perfect to get a good night rest. I did not need to get the host attention. If needed there is a tablet where you can communicate with host. Not sure the host's English language capability. The rooms were larger than central Tokyo area hotels. The check out time is 10:00AM which is a bit earlier than most hotels but the quietness and price superseeds the early check out time. About 10 minute walk to Kamata JR train...

"This property is a very good stay! Although sucks that they didn't have a toaster, but fine. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything else here, bed is very comfortable.
