"The room is small and can be difficult to move around with two people and luggage. There is no onsen (spa) or sauna for women, only men. This should be made clear before booking. There was mold around the air vent and condensation on the window every morning but otherwise the room was clean. Ask for a non-smoking room, even the towels smelled of smoke. "Did not like the door lock system. The staff spoke no English. On the positive side - The breakfast was great and they served it to us @ 6:10AM, well before normal hours. And, it is only a 5 minute taxi ride to Itami Airport. "
