"We chose the right hotel for our stay here in Osaka. The location is great. Osaka station ia right there. Great shopping and restaurants are near. You don’t have to go outside if you don’t want for shopping and eating. Our room was cleaned everyday we asked for it. The coffee provided is great. The staff is great and helpful. I recommend this hotel!!"

"We had to ask to be moved on our first night as the train noise was exceptionally loud. The room we moved to was fine. Staff were l lovely especially Dhungana Samar who helped us move rooms in the night. Concierge was also excellent. "

"This is truly one of the nicest hotels that we have ever stayed at. The staff are all very kind, the facilities are all very intentional, clean, sleek, and add to the experience. Our room was lovely, the steam shower especially was a huge highlight to decompress after a big day of exploring Kyoto. It is very easy to walk to train and bus stops and get around most of Kyoto. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! A big highlight of our journey in Japan so far."
