"Had a good experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near many eateries and Umekoji stat, making it easy to explore the area. However, there were a few issues. The air conditioning unit has a broken outer part, and the shoji screens were torn. Additionally, the Netflix stopped working after a few days. On the positive sides, the cloth drying feature in the bathroom room was fantastic and very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my stay more pleasant...

"Very nicely maintained rustic atmosphere. We really dug the vibe of the house. The outdoor bath tub was awesome! I used it several times and it made for very memorable mornings in what seemed like a dream setting. The air conditioning units were adequate for controlling the temperature of the house to our needs. "This place was amazing. We booked 3 nights on short notice after our homeward bound flights were cancelled. We got a large family room and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We had the sofa beds made up to give the kids their own beds. The in room washing machine was a godsend for the extra days holiday we were not expecting to have. The staff were the best and so happy to accommodate and make sure your stay was good. This place was amazing to stay at. "
