"My family and I got the quadruple room with 4 single beds. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern. It is so close to the metro station which is about 5 mins walk. When we arrived there, they gave us a complimentary welcome drink. The room is massive with lots of amnetives and there are 2 toilets in the room for 4 of us. There are so much space to put our 3 big luggages and 2 carry on luggages. On the basement floor, you can use the washing/dryer machines to wash and dry your clothes. There is a section where the guests of the hotel can get free drinks, snacks and ice creams. The staffs there are very professional and friendly. They even helped us with the luggage delivery service arrangement. The breakfast there were nice too. Overall, i think this is the best hotel that we ever stayed in Japan."

"This is the second time I stay in this hotel. I love their rainfall shower head. It’s so nice! I also take hot baths in the tub. Ofuro is great! They have a great lounge. They have a lively roster of activities, though I’ve always been busy to participate. I’ve chosen to have their breakfast both times. Totally worth it! They have healthy options. I love their eggs with the salmon salad. Delicious! The hotel smells very nice. They pay special attention to it. I always find it very relaxing. All the staff have always been very helpful and polite. The hotel is right next door to the Kitahama Metro station and there is a taxi stand right in front. I hope to come back!"

"Excellent space and location near Osaka Station"

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a nice blend of traditional Japanese and western needs. We loved the onsen (although highly recommend going in the afternoon around 5pm or later at night because it gets BUSY), the complementary massage chairs, ice cream, and drink machine with matcha latte. We also took advantage of the 9-11pm complementary ramen, a nice pre-bedtime snack. The room was very nice, clean, and a good size. The only thing we caution is that the mattress was hard and the pillows aren't substantial, so if you're sensitive to that, bring your own pillow. We didn't eat breakfast here, but it looked good! Because of the tatami floors, you take off your shoes and walk in your socks, so be prepared for that."

"This hotel was very clean. We booked a single bed room and it was itty bitty. We understand this is how most hotels are in Japan, but it was still a shock. Bathroom was comfortable and pristine. It was pretty conveniently located and we could easily walk to the train and bus stations."
