"This was our second time in Osaka and we absolutely loved staying at the Cross Hotel! The location is unbeatable, and such a short walk to the Namba station too. The rooms were spacious and the showers were the best we experienced our whole trip. We had breakfast included which had a variety of foods for all tastes, and we throughly enjoyed the lounge in the evenings for a quick drink before heading out. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to the area! We will be back!"

"The amenities provided by this hotel were much appreciated - from the in-room hot water dispenser that came with four kinds of coffee and two kinds of tea, public baths (separate for women and men), pajamas (one size), and welcome drinks every day, we enjoyed our stay at this 6-year-old property, which needless to say was in excellent condition with modern furnishings.
